App Store Connect unable publish app

Hi, I'm ne of Apple Developer.

I'm tiring to publish new application to Apple Store.
When I go to App Store Connect, I'm not able to see "My Apps" icon, or other management links.

I see only GetStarted dashboard.

I payed Apple Developer subscription about a month ago, and I can create certificate and other things.
I have issues only with App Store Connect.

Can you confirm your Apple ID is only used with the paid Developer Program account you own? No other teams, accounts, free provisioning etc.

If not, you may need to contact support and ask them to help you straighten things out...that Apple ID has to be unique.
