Cannot Restore Removed App on App Store Connect

I removed an app that has never been published a few months ago and now I want to restore it. When I clicked on the "Restore app" button, it says

"<app name> can’t be restored right now. This app can be removed from your account only if every version has one of the following statuses: Prepare for Submission, Invalid Binary, Developer Rejected, Rejected, Metadata Rejected, Developer Removed from Sale, or Removed from Sale."

I don't really understand why it tells me how it can be removed. I'm sure that the app name is still available because I tried to create a new app with the same name, but I want to use the old Bundle ID.

Is there any way that I can restore it or reuse the bundle ID or delete the app completely?

Hi Guys,

I just solved the issue, I contacted Apple support and they advise to change the browser, and it worked!,

I can restore apps with another browser, so just give it another try with different browsers and make sure to clear browsers data before trying it.

Click on the removed app in the bin, navigate to "App Information". There you would see 'restore app'
