Cannot Restore Removed App on App Store Connect

I removed an app that has never been published a few months ago and now I want to restore it. When I clicked on the "Restore app" button, it says

"<app name> can’t be restored right now. This app can be removed from your account only if every version has one of the following statuses: Prepare for Submission, Invalid Binary, Developer Rejected, Rejected, Metadata Rejected, Developer Removed from Sale, or Removed from Sale."

I don't really understand why it tells me how it can be removed. I'm sure that the app name is still available because I tried to create a new app with the same name, but I want to use the old Bundle ID.

Is there any way that I can restore it or reuse the bundle ID or delete the app completely?

Guys, this is clearly a flaw by the iTC website developer. He should warn us with an Alert before Removing the App by saying "You need to have the same statuses to remove an App". Because otherwise, the App gets stuck and we lose the name of our App.

This fuking sucks. I already told an Apple assistance and doesn't get it. So many nerds up there and not one fuking grain of common sense.
