New Builds doesn't show at App Store Connect & Not receiving any emails from TestFlight

I had uploaded a new build successfully at 2020/09/18.
However, the new build didn't show at App Store Connect, and didn't receiving any emails from TestFlight, which is supposing to tell me some errors if the build is failed to upload

Please update ASAP

Same mine usually shows up in TestFlight after a few minutes

Did you ever get to the bottom of this? I'm having the same problem just now. Have managed to get through to front line support, but have been told not to expect a resolution soon.
