I downloaded ios 14 Beta and now my phone is really slow, when on the charger it’s slow to be used, and even off the charger, i also can not use my app store it says “app store has been disabled in itunes and app store, what to do for these two issues?

Outside of not using a beta on your device, not much you can do but to check the release notes for info, and wait for an improved release.
