Our app does not appear on the China's App Store

we have a fitness app for corporates (without any in-app purchases) We release it to all stores in all territories (and making sure China mainland checkbox is checked) but still people in China can’t find our app on the store. Does anyone know any possible reasons? Thanks

How long has it been since it was approved and released? If it was in the last day, you might need to just be patient.

Is it available in other stores, at least?

If you care to name it, perhaps someone can double check...
