User constantly removed from TestFlight

I have one user that consistently is notified they have been removed from TestFlight. When I look in TestFlight that is not the case, they are still an active user.

When they open TestFlight it says "Tester Removed".

I did not remove them and it is ridiculous that every other version I have to keep deleting them and re-adding them.
