Big Sur Beta (build 20A5364e) Preferences Error

In latest Big Sur beta trying to open System Preferences/Security & Privacy produces error: new window opens for half a second, then goes blank then error popup:

Preference Error
There was an error in Security & Privacy

Reset SMC, enabled SIP, tried new Admin user - still cannot use Security & Privacy

Anyone managed to fix this?

That was one of the many things I tried but it did not work...

Did, however, find a solution: I had originally updated using the smaller download option; I went via CMD-R and reinstalled beta 6 the long way and the problem has gone...

I am having the same issue. It is causing me network access issues, even though i can ping my network just fine.

Same here, quite inconvenient. Signing out of iCloud did not help.
