Very, very ODD App Store rejection

An App that has been on the iOS App Store for 11 *years*, was just now metadata rejected (2. 1 Performance: App Completeness) while under its first tvOS review - can *anyone* explain what (and/or why) review is asking? I have no business, just lil'l ol' me and a registered domain, and I have no idea how to proceed; here is the exact text:

Hello,

Thank you for your submission.

To help us proceed with the review of your app, please provide documentation demonstrating ownership of the business or organization. The documentation you submit should include the following information:
  • You/your company's name

  • Ownership between you (Stephen XYZZY) and the business/entity (ANYolAPPNAME)

  • Relevant signatures & dates

  • Details explaining your affiliation with the business/entity

Please provide appropriate documentation showing ownership of the business or organization, or submit the app under your clients' account for which the app was designed.

Best regards,

App Store Review

Perhaps app review simply made a mistake. Did you appeal, how many times, what did you say, what was their response...

An appeal might be in order...

Thank you KMT, my forum hero, for listening. I would assume it had to have been a mistake, but nevertheless I made a movie that showed me connecting to my DNS providers record for my "company", which showed my name as owner of the domain. I moved on to my hosting provider and showed all the Apache configs and files that are served and that clearly showed all the web content related to the App in question. I did not go so far as to film the Xcode project.

And that worked, the tvOS App was just approved. I've had my fair share of review rejections (rightly!) over the years but this one was, well, just different. Had the movie failed I suppose I would have appealed, something I've never had to do.

Thanks again.
I have been facing a similar challenge while submitting the App for review. The App has been submitted 6 times till now (starting 30 Aug'20 to 7 Sep'2020) and each time there has been a new unresolved query being raised by the review team. Why can't all the relevant queries can be raised by the team in one go?

For instance, there has been a query raised related to In-App purchases wherein they are asking to update the plugins for the same while irony is that the App is absolutely free for all users and there is no need for installing those plugins at this point of time.

Apart from that, I am trying to contact the review team through resolution center but there has been no response from them till date.

I am not sure if this is the kind of service expectations from big companies as such, really surprised.
