App review team not concerned to connect back after being repeatedly asked to do so
I have been facing challenge while submitting the App for review. The App has been submitted 6 times till now (starting 30 Aug'20 to 7 Sep'2020) and each time there has been a new unresolved query being raised by the review team. Why can't all the relevant queries can be raised by the team in one go? For instance, there has been a query raised related to In-App purchases wherein they are asking to update the plugins for the same while irony is that the App is absolutely free for all users and there is no need for installing those plugins at this point of time. Apart from that, I am trying to contact the review team through resolution center but there has been no response from them till date. I am not sure if this is the kind of service expectations from big companies as such, really surprised.
