"Migration to federated auth" in ASC showing up

Since today we got a message in ASC that our account needs to be migrated to federated auth and will be migrated in 8 days automatically; however we got no information about this and the "Learn More" link goes to Quip (??) which tries to do what I assume is a SSO login with apple but ends up at a dead link.

Does anyone have more information about this? The very limited things I could find point to potentially a bug in ASC but that is all conjecture right now.

Thanks in Advance && Greetings

At least in our ASC account the message now has disappeared, so given the questions here I assume this was a bug with a slightly concerning message and nothing more, the Stackoverflow discussion also contains an Apple Support response at https://stackoverflow.com/a/63506812/605221

I have the same message. - I don't know what it means and the "perform now" link does not open. - "Learn More" goes to Quip as well for me. - I'm not part of Apple. A developer friend of mine does not have this message. That's all I know so far.
This is also being discussed here:

I am having the same problem as well. If I start the process I get this error "{"data":null,"messages":{"warn":null,"error":["Not Found"],"info":null},"statusCode":"ERROR"}" If I click the learn more option the lick directs me to quick of which if I try to verify I get an error saying "Please enter an apple.com email address". I'm stuck now because it seems because of that reason I am not receiving a request to accept an App transfer from another account.
I have the same message and also don't know what it means.
But as other developers seem to be surprised by this as well, it could be a technical issue on Apple's site.
I have got the same message. "Perform now" doesn't work and "Learn More" goes to Quip and then to nowhere.
Seeing this as well. Never heard of "Quip", nor "Federated Auth" - this all seems very fishy, given the lack of information provided.

Has App Store Connect been hacked?

Today I checked my account and I found out that the message has just disappeared. I think it was just a bug
