Upgrade issue to iPadOS 14 beta 4

Hi

I am trying to upgrade the iPad to iPadOS 14 beta 4 from beta 3 but its not upgrading and continuously giving the same step (Swipe up to upgrade) and nothing happens at all.
Is there any known defect for this issue? It is blocking our beta testing.Please let us know.

Same issue here with the latest iPadOS 14 beta.

Am unable to install iPadOS 14 Beta 6 on an iPad Air 2. I keep getting an "Unable to Install Update" alert asking me if I want to retry. I retried multiple times.

I attempted via a downloaded Profile and by installing the downloaded IPSW file - same failure.
