Unable to create an Identifier in my account

I am trying to publish an ios app. So i tried creating an App Id from the below link.

https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/bundleId/add/

But I am unable to enter the Identifier input as it is readonly and when i checked the console, there is an error popping out which says like this =>

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'length' of undefined in main.b599deb7.js:1

I am having the same problem. I cannot publish my app - I have been trying to publish apps through Apple for more than a decade and have never been able to. I consider Apple to be one of the most useless tech giants in the world. Multi-trillion-dollar-epic fail.

The link "Register a new bundle ID in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles." within the "New App" form is broken.

Instead, use this is one:

https://developer.apple.com/account/resources/identifiers/add/bundleId

Apple fix it please.
