I encountered a problem in commands on ios 14 beta 3. 
I created an on / off Wifi script, and when I click on the widget, an error occurs : the action could not be started, and an error occurred communicating with the app.
iPhone 11 pro max.

I have the same issue, so far I haven’t been able to find a fix. I have the issue on the iPhone XS Max.

Same problem: WiFi toggle to turn on/off does not work. Displayed error message:
„Could not run set Wi-Fi - there was a problem communicating with the app“

I tried to trigger the shortcut directly in the shortcut app and also via the widget. Both attemps ended with the error message.
