iOS 14 Beta 3 Bluetooth issue

It seems like lots of people are having problems, and I know it's a "beta" but most of my problems lie in my iPad Pro (2019) and my second generation pencil. I'm a graphic designer and didn't want to update but since my phone did my iPad did and now I haven't been able to use my pencil for 4 days. Not great. I've looked for everything online and haven't found a thing and my apple appointment isn't for 2 weeks.

It's crazy because all that shows on my iPad is "unavailable" even after resetting everything. Pencil is connected to the side of iPad. I don't get how it could be unavailable. So Apple maybe some help?

I bought some brand new AirPod pros while IOS 13 was the latest version. Everything worked fine. I get IOS 14 and my AirPods cannot connect whatsoever. I open Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, YouTube and the app continuously freeze or crashes. Even when I manage to get to my song selection in Spotify, and attempt to connect to Bluetooth device, it won’t let me whatsoever. This really sucks and Apple needs to address this as soon as possible.

After the iOS 14 update my AirPods Pro stopped connecting to my phone. I have reset them multiple times and even did a network reset. Nothing works..

I have the same problem... and I started having it after upgrade to 14.0, I tried again after upgrading to 14.01, it worked initially for a little while then not working again. My youtube got frozen when I connected to it

Apple is so lost. They can’t simply fix a Bluetooth issue and can’t grow a pair to even mention the problem. Gotta love apple!

Same problem, cant seem to connect the airpods pro to the iphone. Have tried to reconnect, reboot iphone etc. When I open spotify or youtube, the apps seem to freeze. Bought these things, but now I cannot use them.

I had the same problem since my update to ios14. The solution that worked for me was to turn off my Apple Watch. Now my airpods work as they should. Not ideal but works for now.

i also have some issue with my airpods pro and iphone Xs Max at iOS14.2 (18B5061e), either resetting the airpods nor network settings do fix the problem.

When I connect my AirPods Pro to my IPhone (xs), all the apps freeze. I have the same problem on my Apple Watch. When I try to connect my AirPods Pro with the phone of my dad (11pro), everything works great! I don’t know the problem...

Same problem. When I try to connect my iPhone 11 Pro Max to my new AirPods Pro, all of my apps like Spotify and YouTube is freezing and not working. Apple, you have to fix this problem ASAP. My version is iOS 14.0.1

i updated my personal phones software to iOS 14 and my AirPods were so messed up. Would not work even tho it said connected. Would freeze my phone when I tried to used Spotify or YouTube. Only worked when I would go in and do the ear tip fit test. So time consuming tho.


I have a work phone that was loaded with iOS 13 and my AirPods worked literally perfect and seamlessly.

I tried deleting widget smith and they connected again so smoothly. Everything is better. So nice cause I rely on them with work and being Mobile while on the go

I'm having the same problem with my headphones Bose QC35 and GPS Garmin 45

I have the same issue since I updated my iphone 8 and my apple watch, freeze etc..when trying to use my airpods. Here’s the only solution I found : put the watch in airplane mode (be sure to have it setup so that it stops all connections wifi and bt), now the airpods will connect and work as they were before upgrade. Interrestingly enough it seems I can then reconnect my watch and still have everything working....
Try and let me know....but a nice bug indeed

WatchOS 7.0.2 seems to fix the issue for me...
