Cannot Create New App Version!

I released a new version of our app and wanted to add the next new version to AppStore Connect but the plus button is missing and below where the button should be is the app version twice like this:

Code Block 
iOS App
2.2.0 Ready for Sale
2.1.3 Ready for Sale


Any ideas how I can fix this, ive reported it using feedback assistant but no idea how long that will take.

I managed to fix this by removing the app from sale and then making it available again but definitely seems like a bug!
