My application uses a free with in-app purchase model, however this makes it impossible to purchase using Apple's VPP with Apple Business Manager or Apple School Manager.
Is it possible to distribute a non in-app purchase version of the app that is only available for volume purchase for business/eduction, that is not available on the App Store?
The options on App Store Connect seem to only allow App Store + Volume purchase either with or without a volume discount. Do I need to use the private distribution option and specify exactly who is eligible to purchase?
