Other System Data - Growing fast

Morning All

I've installed iOS 14 and iPadOS 14 and on both trial devices the 'Other System Data' section under General : iPad Storage : Other has grown to take almost all free available space on the devices. Currently a fresh install of iPadOS on a 256GB iPad is at 190GB used.

I've researched the issue on the forum, and some have mentioned the only way to solve is a fresh install (check, tried that) and others have mentioned turning of Share iPad Analytics under Privacy : Analytics & Improvements (again, tried that).
Nothing I've done has managed to slow this down or indeed reduce the amount of data storage taken.

Is there a way to delete Analytical data stored?

If anyone has any successful stories on what they've done to mitigate / eliminate this, I'd be grateful to hear them.

Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this.

Same issue here. on my iPhone 11 Pro the "Other Data" is around 90-130GB as it seems to vary. On my iPad Pro 2018 it's about 65GB currently, but that gets used a lot less.

I've tried backing up through iTunes and syncing, but nether made much of a difference.

I have noticed that iTunes says my iPhone has 169GB free, when the phone itself says there's about 20GB free with the "Other Data".
