macOS Beta double boot on MacBook Pro

I installed the Big Sur beta on an external disk of a MacBook Pro 2018.
Even when the external disk is not present the system now does a double restart every time I reboot.
Has anybody else seen this? Does anybody know the reason?

Did you trie to set start volume back to internal disc?
