Anybody know why I can not download the restore image file for iOS 14? I click on the appropriate device, but it takes me to the "Your Apple ID" check list. Everything is confirmed, but I can't seem to download anything.

Issue has been resolved through apple support.
The issue is back on iOS 16.1.2 and macOS 16.1.1 restore images... probably others too...
