Title says most, I create a new Xcode project, it “beach balls” and won’t respond and doesn’t even create the project. I’m on Catalina with the Xcode 12 beta. Anyone having the same problem?

I'm seeing a similar issue. I have a quite large and complex Xcode project that is generated via cmake. When I open this in the Xcode 12 beta it just hangs. Other projects work fine just not my large cmake-generated ones.
I've attached a "diagnostic report" that shows the heaviest stack trace for Xcode while loading.

Similar issue to robs stack trace. Release version of Xcode 12.3 (17715), trying to build a small SwiftUI app. Other projects work beautifully.
