if I installed iOS 14 beta on my device..
can I back to the to iOS 13 general released version without losing my data?

As the previous comment says, You will have to restore the data from a backup after you re-install iOS 13.

However, backups made during iOS14 might not be able to be restored under iOS13. In previous iOS releases backups made under new versions could not be restored under a previous version.

I read but have not tested that if you remove the beta profile on your device when the next 13 update releases you may choose to update to that version and it should replace 14. Otherwise you’d have to do a factory reset of your phone after removing the profile.
