I’ve noticed a significant impact to the battery life of my 11 Pro since installing iOS 14. I would average approximately 15 to 20% remaining end of day With average use. Post install I’m seeing between five and 10% remaining end of day. Average use is approximately 5 to 6 hours per day with non-charge time of 10 to 14 hours. It’s also safe to note that I’ve noticed a significant increase in the heat output of the back of the phone since installing iOS 14. Enough to become discomfort while in pocket.

I’ve run into a roadblock with Apple Pay on the WatchOS 7.At first I had Apple Cash card and a bank card on Apple Pay for watch wallet. When attempting to pay at working terminals that accept Apple Pay it would come back declined in on the watch say “double click to pay”, which would promptly disappear when the card reader reported declined. Has anyone else and counted this issue since updating to 7? Troubleshooting Performed Verified I’m using the same bank card as was previously on WatchOS 6 on Apple Pay without issue. First i attempted to remove Apple Cash and test with just bank card, similar results as reported above. Next I attempted to remove all cards and re-add bank card, same result. Before the inquiry is made, I did is this on multiple terminals that previously worked with my watch prior to watchOS 6 and still have Apple Pay.

Just as disclaimer this has been reported via feedback app, just looking for input. Has anyone experienced issues when activity app on watchOS 7 reports competition completed rings as a notification and then immediately restart the watch upon twisting wrist to look at notification? I really don’t think this is a setting or change that to be happening on my end, however I’m open to ideas. It appears to be a coding glitch.
