ITMS-90562: Invalid Bundle - The embedded bitcode bundle is corrupted.

I am having an issue submitting an update to my existing app in the TestFlight.

My project supports iOS 9.0 and up. I am using Xcode Version 11.5 (11E608c). My application works just fine, it compiles fine, and the archives even validate correctly and upload to the App Store just fine.

However, once I upload a build and it finishes processing I see this error in App Store Connect:

"ITMS-90562: Invalid Bundle - The embedded bitcode bundle is corrupted. Rebuild your entire app with the latest GM Xcode and submit the app again."

I have absolutely no idea what's causing this. Has anyone ever seen this? Thanks!
Try testing the bitcode compilation for your archive by exporting the archive for something other than the App Store, which will give you some log files you can review. See this document for how to do the export, and notice the bitcode option in the screenshots. If the export fails, there will be a Show Logs button which you can use for clues.
I'm having the same issue with Xcode 11.7.. what's happening?
Hi Edford, problem is export does not fail, uploading is successful. But after a few minutes when app is processing state, am email comes and contains this error.

Please please help us because I think that a lot of developer is stuck about that issue. @edford.

Thanks.
Hi again, I solved the issue with unticking the bitcode option when uploading the ipa.

I think there is a problem about rebuilding bitcodes on Apple side. Because i was getting error from the spa I had uploaded earlier.

I solved that way. If you found another option please let us know.
I am having the same problem, and unchecking the bitcode flag on build works for me as well. It increased the app size from 35m to 46m, which isn't of consequence. I am curious though if Apple will require bitcode on submission in the future.

Everything was fine up until the day of the September event. I have to wonder if something changed then.
