Update app privacy policy on app store without updating app?

Can I update my exiting privacy policy url available at App Store for existing iOS app?
Currently, we do not have plan to update app version as we are in the middle of the development of new feature.

No, I believe that you can only amend the privacy policy url alongside a version update of your app. Details of what is and is not editable can be found here: https://help.apple.com/app-store-connect/#/devfc3066644

You cannot.

Instead you can change the document at the destination of the URL until you submit a new build.

If you need to migrate the content you can use URL forwarding or redirection temporarily until you update the link at new build time.
