If I try to submit for review it shows me an error because I have not added the screenshots.

But in the screebshots field just said: "Using 5.5-Inch Display app preview and screenshots."

(I know other sizes have this option, but the same message is in the 5.5-Inch section)

The problem is that I can not drag the images and "Choose file" is disabled.

The only button enable is "Media Manager", but has the same problem

Help pls!!!!

OK, think I've cracked it. This is what worked for me ...

Initially my primary, and only, language was English UK.

I added English US as a second language.
I then set US to primary and went in and added my images (it now let me do so).
Switching to UK (from the language drop-down) I ticked the option to use the US images (top right tick box, appears when there is more than one language).
I saved everything.
I then switched to UK as primary.
Saved everywhere again.
Then deleted English US.
My images were still there 🙂
App submitted!

update: having now submitted the app, whilst it's still "waiting for review", I've been able to upload more screenshots, everything seems to work as it's supposed to. The trick therefore is just getting that initial "primary" image uploaded.

Sorry, no, when it was at Prepare for Submission stage I could add a new language and set which was primary from the App Information page. Now it's at Waiting for Review I can't add a language and therefore not select a different primary.

Same here... wont allow to upload for 5.5 inch for primary localization... cant save... cannot do anything.

What an anoying piece of crap this it. If goint trought review was not enough of a pain in the *** now that. Serioursly considering droping this developer membership into the trash and stop building for this plataform...

Having the same issue, cannot upload images in primary language, and therefore cannot save. The workaround above is not working as well.

I am from the UK. Tried doing the "solution" mentioned above and it didn't work for me. Still can't upload images for the 5.5" screenshot. Extremely annoying. It has been an issue for more than a week now.

Come on Apple!

Guys,

When I'll upload screenshots the options are disabled to 5,5 inch.

It looks like something went wrong when I created the AppId by developer.apple.com

My solution:

Create another App Id with another Buddle Id.

My app is a new version 1.0 then i can create another appId to upload it.

But if you haven't the option to create another appId, because is a update or something else, I really dont know how to help you.

I sent any emails to apple support but they passed away to another people, and another one, and another one, and the solution never came to me.

If you create an app id at developer.apple.com and go to iTunes Connect and get a new app. You'll see the option to upload screenshots are enabled by default. Do this to make a test.

I think the issue was about creating App Id and not with Apple or something else.

Hi! I just had this issue and I believe it had to do with the images I was uploading. They had multiple layers. So I took screenshots of the images I wanted, adjusted to the size I needed and then tried dragging them to iTunes Connect to upload and it worked! I hope this helps someone who runs into the same issue.

Same problem - I've been waiting over 7 hours - and it still says waiting to upload and image.

I have a 150Mb connection.

Perhaps some part of the Apple cloud is down?
