One of my external testers wants to run my app on a second device.
He asked me to please send him another invitation for the second device. I don't know how to do this. If I try to add his email address again, nothing happens. If he tries to re-use the original invitation, it doesn't work.
How do I invite the same person to test on a new device? Does he need to get another email address?

Your tester is wrong. All they need to do is download the TestFlight app on each device, sign in, and they'll be able to install your app on each device. When they sign in in the TestFlight app, your application will be visible, they don't use the invitation multiple times.
You do not send them multiple invitations.
This is correct. I have had no trouble at all installing TestFlight on multiple devices and just making sure that I am logged in to the Apple ID that the invite was sent to. Then you can test on as many devices as your like - the more the merrier.
But the problem still remains that the new, 'improved' iTunes Connect website took away any ability to send or resend email invites to anyone on your external tester list. This new website is just horrible.
I think now this question is valid and needs some answers. Bkz now we can not use the same invitation code on different devices.
