TSI response from Apple - how long?

I submitted a TSI related to my app's Apple TV support last Wednesday. How long can I expect it to take for Apple to get back to me with a response?

In my experience, it takes a few days to screen the request, then if they go forward, they ask for a sample project that demonstrates the issue, then up to two weeks for reply based on analysis.


Did you make a code-level request or just asked for help on a hardware issue, or?

Yes, the response time is very slow. Been having a conversation for 12 months and each reply takes 2-4 weeks...
