I'm in the last stages of preparing my app for submission to the app store. However, I can't figure out how to change the rating / made for kids status of my app. In the earlier version of ITC there was an edit button next to rating, but now it has gone.
Is this normal? Will it ask for rating details on first submission?

To anyone who may happen to experience the same, and there is really no button, i managed to get it back, i did a couple of risky things that paid off.
First take down the original Build, and upload a newer version And secondly, I "deleted" the app, so it got sent into the "recover" menu, i checked it and then the age rating menu appeared, so I reinstated the app and got to fill the form.
In my case the age rating form appeared in the "app information" menu, under license agreement, but as soon as i filled it and sent the request for review, it disappeared again
