App store review for a betting app and the payment method

Such requests here are pointless. App Review isn't here. No one here can promise what they will accept/reject.

All you can expect here are the opinions and anecdotes of other devs. If that's ok, then mine is you should expect rejection, (a) for the reason you pointed out (for starters), and (b) I suspect you haven't grasped the full context of the effort involved, starting with, where is the app going to be sold, do you have a gambling license in that location...
