Hello,

My app was Rejected for this reason :

Guideline 3.1.5 - Business - Payments - Cryptocurrencies

Your app facilitates the transmission of a virtual currency but was not submitted by a corresponding exchange or recognized financial institution.

Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the FTrader name. If you have developed this app on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account. If your client does not yet have an Apple Developer account, they can enroll in the Apple Developer Program through the Apple Developer website.

Note that submitting documentation showing permission to publish this app on behalf of the content owner or institution will not resolve this issue. This app must be submitted under the content owner’s own Apple Developer account.

As i read that i need to change the App Name or Copyright.

1) About change the App Name : Its not possibole, becuase this app is 1 product of 7 products we have. And i already see in App Store that most Apps dont have the same name of owned compnay. Then i think there are way to solve this by another place.

Does anyone have any about this rejecte. Any tip can help me.

Simply using a given string in the store does not a copyright make. Suggest you contact a lawyer qualified in that subject for details.

Otherwise, the rejection seems clear. If you are not legally authorized to use the name FTrader in the store, you are obligated to abandon your efforts. If you have authority, provide it to App Review.

The rejection is:

Your app facilitates the transmission of a virtual currency but was not submitted by a corresponding exchange or recognized financial institution.

That means you must be a finaicial institution - are you? If you are not, foget it. If you are, you need to explain to app Review how you are, in fact, a finacial institution. Then they might be giving you a hint....

App Review then goes on to state:

Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the FTrader name.

If "FTrader" is a financial institution then App Review is suggesting that you submit the app under an account that indicates it is owned by FTrader and that might satisfy their rejection. However, if FTrader is not a financial institution then this is but a second nail in the coffin.
