Am I supposed to receive emails when testers submit feedback?

I was unders assumption I would receive emails whenever a crash is reported or tester submits a screenshot. But apparently that is not the case?


I definitelly have at lease one crash and 2 screenshots, and I didn't get any emails. I couldn't find any email preferences in AppStore Connent or TestFlight


I am missing something?

I will appear in your TestFlight portal on App Store connect. It gives information about the users device as well.

TestFlight unfortunately does not send E-Mail notifications for crashes or feedback at this time. Submitting feedback for this feature request through Feedback Assistant is probably the best way to get that on the list.
