App submission, asking for video

App is being rejected, Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed. "...we need access to a video that demonstrates the current version of your app in use on a physical iOS device, pairing and interacting with the designated hardware."

I have created the video, demonstrating the full app and have attached it to the "App Review Information". They keep rejecting the app asking for a video. But the video is attached! They won't tell me what's wrong with the video I attached. Any advice? Thank you.

Keyword is 'access'. Upload it somewhere in the 'net, then give them that link, instead.

Did you ever got a proper answer for this? I have the same issue.

Probably a dead thread, but this is happening to me, as well. I actually BOTH uploaded an attached video and provided them a link to the video on my website. Three times now they've sent me the same infuriating boilerplate and refuse to tell me what the actual problem is with my video. This is how Apple treats the developers that make their platform what it is? Microsoft and Google treat developers so much better than this!
