Subscriptions are working fine when testing, but when Apple reviews the app, the products are not loading, so no prices show and attempting to purchase a subscription causes the app to crash.This is happening because the inapp purchases haven't been approved yet. How can I get Apple to review the IAP subscriptions? They have been sitting as "Waiting for review" for over a week. Our non-consumables were approved same day. Thanks.

App is being rejected, Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed. "...we need access to a video that demonstrates the current version of your app in use on a physical iOS device, pairing and interacting with the designated hardware."I have created the video, demonstrating the full app and have attached it to the "App Review Information". They keep rejecting the app asking for a video. But the video is attached! They won't tell me what's wrong with the video I attached. Any advice? Thank you.
