This seems to have started from ios 13 onwards, im not sure. Sometimes the crash log is present. But most crash feedback only has the feedback json.
Im getting only feedback json from testflight. There is no crash log.
Apple do you even care?
In my json's I can even see. "uptimemillis: null". :( And I don't know what is happening with application
Such crashes are not appeared in thirdparty crash-report vendors. But it's possible to see thru Xcode organizer.
Of course I'm not sure for 100%

A year of this problem. Are Apple going to address this at all?!
Yesterday it was terrible to chat with 2 specialists and they told me two different answers and they transferred me with 4 more agents and the other four specialists did not know how to help me I was chatting for 2 hours until almost midnight and I went to sleep wanting to buy one tablet from another brand because they didn't help me
I've my four TestFlight users reporting 12 crashes but it's only showing one feedback with json only. Devs can you please help us with a why?
same with me
I am facing the same issue. Getting only the .json file and not the crashes. @eskimo Need your help here.
Thanks
Same.
It seems that if I download the zip file with a MAC I get both the .json and the .crash ! Doing exactly the same on Windows gives me only the .json. Is it the same for you ?
It is really annoying as the crash file can be used out of xcode context (for example it can be uploaded to AppCenter along with the dsym ...)
I'm having the same issue. Had a crash feedback from an iPhone with iOS 15 and the only thing I can download is a json file
Same problem... has anyone found a solution?
