Stuck Processing for App Store

Hi,


we are trying to push an update for our game. Previously, all our updates was "ready for sales" a minute after being "processing for app store".

But this update is stuck in "Processing for App Store" for 5 hours now.


Do you know can we unblock this situation ?

Mine is stuck for almost 72h now. This is absolutely unacceptable and it is not the first time.

Mine has been stuck over this status for 18 days.
Although I have contacted the senior advisor of Apple Developer Support, but the problem is still not resolved.
