If My developer account will Terminated by apple for some reason will they give me refund of $99 which I have paid for the membership ?

I am in a very much confusing stage please someone help me, For the timing I have developed an app which is ready for distribution in App Store. As you all know there is $99/Year required for this and I am in a startup where $99 is a big amount,Suppose for any reason my app got rejected several times (5 times it seems - Please provide me exact time if anybody have experience in this) and as I have seen many questions related to that, they will just terminate your membership for this if it happens again & again, So Is there any refund facility available if your membership got rejected/terminated ?

The Developer Program Agreement states that the annual fee is non-refundable.

I've never heard of an account being terminated just because of routine rejections during review, and don't believe it's true. It's called 'development' for a reason, we're allowed to fail, and rejections are part of the process. Accounts are typically terminated over abuse and fraud, instead.

When I think of all the basic costs related to making apps, from the hardware, computer and devices, to simply keeping the lights on, to backup drives and marketing expenses, I can't imagine that the program fee alone is a make or break expenditure.

I can appreciate anyone being on a budget, but if fear of paying for failure outweighs the opportunity of profit, it might be better to re-visit your goals.

KMT Don't aspect from Apple, they don't care of small developer.

i'm facing same problem like yours. i have develop my app with advertisement and i upload first Build of app and Membership Goes to Termination. i have made lots of call with Apple Support Adviser and Send many mail, but i didn't find solution. then after i purchased another membership and same thing happen first app and first build account goes to termination.. Now i will never purchase membership of Apple Developer.

i'm having 6 years of Experience as iOS Developer, Last 12-13 Months to i'm individual developer.

Disappointed as iOS Developer
