I have uploaded my app and team Apple rejected my without giving clarification, and reply text box and send button is not available so I can not ask any kind of questions in resolution center, where I’m getting email from iTunes Store - meantion that “If you have a question about your app's review, send us a message in Resolution Center”. But in resolution center chat option doesn’t available.
my question is - if iTunes Store or team Apple didn’t provide reason than how developers can understand problem and how they can resolve it.
