Cannot set price for In-App-Purchases items in iTunesConnect

I am trying to create an in-app-purchase for my app in iTunesConnect, and every things works fine, but the only problem occurs when setting a price. For in-app-purchases that I have created in the past, the "Subscription Prices" section buffers infinitely.

For in-app-purchases that I am creating for the first time, I am unable to select a price as the "Create" button on the last step of setting the price does not do anything. The other buttons (cancel and back) work perfectly however "Create" does nothing.

I am using Auto-Renewable-Subscriptions and have been unable to solve this problem.

What can I do to fix this issue as soon as possible?!?

I tried your solution, but it didn't work for me, am using different safari version tho. Don't know if it's related . I also tried to contact apple via Feedback assistant but no reply yet.

I have the same exact problem. Missing prices for Australia, Switzerland, and Norway. I contacted Apple 4 days ago and they still haven't resolved the issue and won't provide an ETA.

For such issues, please submit a bug report - if you haven't done so already. Then send me the feedback number and I'll forward the issues to the App Store Connect team for their investigation of the issue.

Hi All,

We faced with similar issue

When we try to edit prices of in-app purchase (auto-renewal) "Subscription Prices" block is not loaded at all.

Bug report is sent, does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks!

Having the same issue, submitted a report on 4/21, no response yet. Sent an email to the Apple employee in this thread, but they cannot provide me with an ETA for this fix.

More information would be appreciated here.

Solved!!!!! After sending a feedback and contacting with developer support by phone 😀 !!! Thank you all for fighting against this error too!

I have good news for all. We had exactly the same problem (not showing the pricing for some regions and countries like Australia, Switzerland, and Norway and subsequently not being able to add prices for our subscription items) We could solve the problem. We don't know which steps exactly led to solving the problem but if you do all maybe your problem solves. First of all, it's a weird issue. We had another app that didn't have this problem! So we thought maybe something is wrong in the dashboard of this specific app and here are the things we did:

1. We had a mac os app waiting for submitting in the dashboard (I mean the left side of the dashboard where you can see your app versions ready for submission or waiting for review or ready for sale. Sorry for my bad English 😀 ) of this specific app and we removed it (the app that had this problem)

2. We had other unnecessary builds waiting for submitting that removed them too.

3. Submitted another

4. Changed the version of the current app from 4.0.1 to 4.0.3

We did them in that order, I don't know if the order has an impact or not. I know it looks weird but worked for us.

I hope it works for you too and look forward to hearing good news from you guys too
