AppStoreConnect not reachable

Hi,


Since morning today, I have been getting errors while trying to access http://appstoreconnect.apple.com


The tabs for "User & Roles", as well as "Agreement, Tax & Banking" throw a server not reachable error, both in Safari and Chrome.

Additionally, the home page as well is unable to load the icons for all the elements/ buttons within.


Can someone confirm that I am not the only one facing this issue please? Since System Report from Apple shows that everything is working.


Error on accessing these tabs:


appstoreconnect.itunes.apple.com’s server IP address could not be found.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

+1 same error here.


Icons doesn't display and lead to no found page when clicked on it...

tested with safari (last version) and chrome (last version)


I don't know if this is linked, but my in-app purchase in my new app (under development) doesn't work and show error : "Impossible to connect to itunes store"

+1 same exact issue. Can't reach "Users and Roles" to create test users. All the menu icons are missing as well. However, I can get to my actual app on Connect.

Same issues, no icons showing, errors in browser, scripts not loading, ect... since yesterday. Can't access user roles, agreements...

And broken again, since yesterday. I use Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 dns, maybe something with that but I never had problems with it, and I don't feel like changing it in my router just to accomodate whatever broke on Apple's dns config.


Anyone else seeing similar, when redirected in browser to https://appstoreconnect.itunes.apple.com/ for App Store analytics?

Same problem here and i don't use any global dns.

Hope they fix it soon

I have not been able to access appstoreconnect today after repeated attempts. The following message is displayed afater a long wait: "We can't process your request. Go back to where you were and try again. If the problem continues, contact us.
