I am also having the same issue (three organisations, admin access for two of them - cannot switch to one of the orgs with admin access). I have tried in both Google Chrome and Safari, same result in both. Clicking on the org in question on the dropdown list simply doesn't take me to the correct one.

I am having the same issue, also have Admin permissions. Have tried in both Google Chrome and Safari, also after turning all ad blockers off etc.
