Hey, recently got an email from apple and a third part complaining about using their property in my app. However, after carefully check and emails out we could not find any thing that infringe the rights as the person said. And we send multiple emails to ask him to provide evidence to help us identify the problem he will just ignored but continuing asking for paying a fee to resolve the issue. We also proved to apple in several emails but got no replies and the case is still open. Does any one know how to dispute the open case since no infringements were found and also how did Apple usually handle to close the case.
