For some odd reason, it seems like this sorted out the issue! Maybe I tried this earlier in a beta version, which could be causing the problem! Thank you.

Thanks @eskimo! It would definitely be nice to use it as an AsyncSequence. Regarding the withObservationTracking, the documentation does a very poor job at explaining how to use it. I found a few tutorials around, exploring the usage, and it's quite limited (e.g. it is disposed after the first change occurs). I feel Apple is all over the place with the multiple methods and frameworks (Combine, Async/Await, Observable, etc), and is not really providing a unified way to work with these frameworks.
