Reply to Promo codes not working
From submitting a bug report to Feedback: Investigation complete - Unable to diagnose with current information There's no hint about what extra information was needed. We're stuck here - Dev Forum says report the bug (done), I rang Customer Support - they can't reach into our Dev account to examine it because theyre customer-side not dev-side, and Feedback Team says not enough info. Who I need to contact? Maybe a phone call to the Dev team so I can fully explain the problem?
