It is now stuck in Ready for Review state for 4 days now !!
As pre the states you mentionned , it was like that before but now it changed with this new updated submission policy

Same thing here, I only have the "choose" option, the other pricing options (0.99 , 1.99 ...) are missing, did you or anyone find the fix for this issue?
