My Mac was registered for the Beta Mac OS program.
After removing the certificate I could unpack Xcode as if by magic.
Before that I could not do anything with about 60 gb free disk space.

It seems that .navigationViewStyle(StackNavigationViewStyle()) fixes the Issue.
But it disables all the nice Sidebar Features on iPad so its also just a temporary workaround.
The same Issues appeared in my app. Are there any Updates regarding this?
