Feature is basically broken. quicker to create a new account and sign in. delete account, you can still log in 3 days later. delete purchases/delete accounts are nothing more than a pretty buttons for me.

same here, always been an issue since i got into it in 2017. xcode gets worse every year, i dont even debug on hardware anymore as it's too slow. xCode is hard work
i got into xCode in 2018, this was a problem then, and it's a problem now. cleaning build folder doesnt help, at least not for that long.
having same issue here in UK. the only thing i could have thought of was my plist camera reason string was too long, but reading thei forum, clearly it's a lot of us ... well, that's build 4 used up 🙄
