I am trying from last 15 days from India , tried different credit cards
but unable to get my account activated. Apple guys say that they have not received payment, but when I contacted card company, I was told that apple has not attempted.
This is really shocking that world number one brand even not able to provide simple support/service.
Is this really Apple ? It seems worst than a small local company

I am unable to get my developer account activated from last 15 days, apple support is very bad, I have made payment 3 times but apple is unable to activate my account. They are saying that they have not received payment but unable to tell why. Response also very slow they dont reply anything before 2 days. They are even unable to give any reasonable answers.
Please suggest where to approach to get my account activated.
