I set up new introductory offers of subscriptions on Monday, it works on my test devices, but not on any production device. I'm sure the dates are set correctly (at least based on app store connect's web site). I have filed a report to Apple Developer support and no reply yet. It's been 4 days since the introductory prices are set and supposed to take effect. I've done this many many times in the past, this is the first time that this happens. Has Apple changed how introductory offers work?
