From what I can tell, this solution seems to only work the 1st time you launch the new build after updating. Once you quit the app, you can no longer open it again.
@JoeKun I was able to reproduce this issue using the MusicKit sample app. Simply run it in Xcode with "My Mac" on macOS Monterey and you see playback errors in the console (Code 4099). The same sample app plays music successfully on iOS. I’ve submitted feedback for this (FB9788974).
